Registration dates are to be respected. No cutting in line. Members register first. Next, Associate Members (non members, the public & members who missed registration) register. If you register before your turn, your paperwork will go to the back of the line. 🥲 Don’t make us sad, follow the rules.

😵‍💫 🤓 Help! Blurry vaccination records don’t cut it. If we can’t see clearly what is written, then you give us no other choice but to reject your registration. 😭 We love all our dogs and want all our dogs to be safe and that begins with vaccination requirements…that we can read! 🥰

📫 Mail early! We need your 💰 and 📄 before the first day of class (Members by 12/27, Non Members/Public by 12/30). If we are missing copies of your vaccination records and/or money you lose your spot and go to the end of the line! It’s real simple. The handlers that have followed all the steps; registered online, on their scheduled date, sent in legible vaccination paperwork and their checks, they are the ones that have successfully registered their dog! AND their 2nd dog, wanting the same class, is also registered and placed on a wait list! So, if your paperwork is incomplete, the dogs on the wait list who have done everything correctly, will move up ahead of you in line! 😞 Next, send in your paperwork and payment right away by U.S. Mail, Fed Ex etc. (text and email not accepted). In conclusion, register on time, we will all feel so very happy! 🤣 Thank you for understanding and we can’t wait to see you on the field! ❤️

Registration is done here, online – follow these steps

1. Review the classes offered.
2. Instructor’s Approval Required: All classes have  prerequisites and require your contacting the instructor for approval. This has to be done prior to registration day by way of email. Email (address is listed with the class). Questions? Contact the Training Director, Les. Class size is limited so don’t delay.
3. Once you have instructors approval, time to register! Make sure to register with the correct group. There’s a difference between Associate Member and Member. Not sure which one you are? Read Membership, 3 Types of Members. Still not sure, contact us, we will gladly help you figure it out.
   🐾 Upon submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation email from Google Forms. It you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
4. Dogs must be current on vaccinations, including Bordetella (Kennel Cough). Bordetella vaccination must be up to date. Vaccination Records are to be submitted via email or mail. We need clear readable current Vaccination Records with payment. Changes have been made in our requirements – review Shot Records (bottom of page) THIS IS VITAL FOR THE WELL BEING OF ALL OUR DOGS – DON’T SKIP. We will keep the mailed copy of your dog’s shot records. Can you easily read it? If you can’t read it, we can’t.
5. Payment is done with separate checks and varies depending on the site.
   🪶Nalowinds Kennels, a check for class cost and a second check of $40 for the facility fee, per working spot.
   🪶Enchanted Lake Park, a check for class cost and a second check of $20 facility fee, per working spot.
   🪶Keep facility fee checks separate, don’t lump the sites together!
   🪶All checks payable to HAHA.
   🪶The amount you pay for your class can be found on Class Cost.
   🪶Facility Fee: Our use of Nalowinds Kennels requires an additional $40 per dog to cover the expense of renting their field. The Enchanted Lake Park facility fee of $20 covers the cost of the Pods delivery with the equipment. (Fees are per working spot.)
   🪶Specify on the check, in the notes, the facility(s) and the fee(s) and the dog, this helps with clarity/bookkeeping.
6. Mail check(s) and copy of shot records. No text or email, use slug mail. (Members by 12/27, Non Members/Public by 12/30). This MUST be done before the 1st day of class.
7. Arriving to train is a little different due to the pandemic.  We will guide you on how to do safely do this. On our Training with HAHA page we cover what you need to know on how to play safely during the pandemic. A MUST READ!
8. You’re done! Go back to #1, check to see if you followed all the steps. Next, go to the Post Office and mail your paperwork. THANK YOU, you should be registered!

Shot Records ~ We will need a copy of current shot records for us to keep. We’ve added Bordetella as well as monthly flea and tick treatment (see Shot Records below for the complete list). PLEASE, MAKE SURE YOUR COPIES ARE CLEAR AND EASY TO READ and UP TO DATE. Thank you
